FRED'S REAL-LIFE RESCUE
Meet Fred, the Chihuahua mix who moved from a shelter in Texas into a loving home (and onto 62 billboards!) in Michigan. Our good boy Fred comes from less-than-ideal circumstances. He was living as a stray in Texas just trying to get by, battling to find food and a safe place to sleep at night. One day, some people began shooting him with a paintball gun. While it was a terrible experience he'd love to forget, it proved to be a big turning point. The local shelter picked Fred up and posted him online. That's when he met the wonderful woman who would become his Forever Mom.
